Adventures in Southampton
Southampton = where all the Cruise Liners Depart. I've taken you there before here where I picked up a few awesome things in the West Quay shopping center - including my beloved white Zara Blazer.
*The only Sunny day this year - kidding, it happens once a month - LARF*
The Norwegian Breakaway: the largest cruise liner to make its sailing début in Southampton. It was moored just outside our hotel. It looks like a building it's so HUGE
We had dinner at TGIFridays - I had the wild-boar burger, was AMAZE - but anyway, look at the wall decor! A cabbage patch kid! Buzz Lightyear! A Rubiks Cube! They sing Happy Birthday at the top of their lungs so everyone in the restaurant can hear ;-) embarrassing!
And while in the Westquay Shopping center (awesomely HUGE mall right in the middle of the city) I stopped in at my local #claire's.
A set of Pastel mini nail polishes #Musthave. A bit thin, but a few coats and your'e away laughing.Seriously - I should get Claire's to sponsor my shopping addiction and blog!!
Their stuff is just so cheap and cheerful! Look at the orange caviar manicure!!
You guys know I like a good gratuitous FOOD shot - et voila
This stand is in the middle of the mall - how could you resist?
I had to snap all these Dudes and Dudettes playing their card games: Magic the Gathering, Yugiyo, Pokemon among others. In the Marlands Shopping centre.
Idyllic pic of the sea - such a nice warm day :-)
Southampton also has a beautifully preserved medieval city - their wall dates back to the 12th century and the Medieval merchants house is considered the best kept building of it's era in the whole of the UK. Yall should check it out!
