(practically) NEW SHOES!!!!

Formally a pair of boring black and icky brown shoes - TRANSFORMED!!

These shoes hurt me... only for nights-out-on-the-town -after-a-few-wines shoes!

I call these my "reverse Louboutin's" because they're red on the inside!

This is definitely the pair I will wear most.  Yellow is everywhere at the mo

I'm SOOO excited to wear these out!  You know when you go into a shop and the shop asisstant says "I love your shoes!" and asks you where your shoes are from.  I'll be like "I made em!"

So what to do when you have shoes just sitting there that you don't wear??

Online shop sojourn

So Sunday was spent in the armchair in front of the computer after a Saturday night of too much wine - Standing up resulted in spells of dizzying vertigo.  So what to do when one can't leave the house?

Inadvertent shopping splurge

Ok... so I didn't leave the house today with the express intent to go shopping...  but there was a mega cosmetics clearance up the road from work so I thought I would go take a look before my hair appointment...

Not a bad haul... there was an eyes hadow quad as well, but I forgot about
it till after pic's were taken :(

And THEN just before my hair appointment there was a sign outside Ruby - only the coolest boutique in Hamilton - saying they were having a sale.  So I didn't go in expecting to buy anything but then I saw these AWESOME Kathryn Wilson platforms on sale for too cheap... and I have been lusting after them since they were RELEASED.

I tell myself I don't need to buy anything else... and then I find something cute and find myself having to make room for it!  I hope nobody else is inflicted with this terrible compulsion :O

My divine new "Roc Australia" leopard print cut out booties #swoon

I bought this plate for $3 at a second hand store!  Too cute.  I'm in love with the Mor range of cosmetics
this is the Lichee flower handcream and perfume oil and the Marshmallow parfum (it smells delicious...
whenever you get a whiff throughout the day it's like freshly baked cookies.  The tree in the background
is a jewellery holder - but it's too small to be practical so I just use it for decoration - think I might paint it
bright magenta pink!

The doors to my wardrobe - I painted them myself.  I just painted
onto big sheets of paper and stuck them onto the doors, if I get sick of
them I can rip them down and start again  :D

My Bedside table.  It was plain wood that I painted white all over then added the green on the draws
I painted the decoration myself - it looks like wallpaper.  The shoe is a ceramic cellphone holder
I painted myself - the heel is red lacquer, like a true Louboutin!
